ABSTRACT A new class of models stellar discs is introduced and used to build a self-consistent model our Galaxy. The defined by the parameters that specify action-based distribution functions (DFs) f(J) four (three thin-disc age cohorts thick disc), spheroidal bulge dark haloes. From these DFs plus specified gas, we solve for densities stars matter potential they generate. principal observational constraints are kinematics with Gaia Radial Velocity Spectrometer (RVS) data density in column above Sun. predicts throughout Galaxy, suggests structure halo prior infall baryons. code create available on github.
